Tim owns and operates Precinct Architecture. Tim has refined his skills in Architectural roles predominantly in Wellington, but also in Tauranga, with a comprehensive portfolio of projects nationwide.
Tims experience covers the full design process from procurement, client liaison, concept design and documentation to final completion. Tim’s thorough knowledge of the latest building trends and design solutions, combined with his technical design knowledge ensure his designs are unique and client specific.
Tim has a passion for high end residential, multi-unit residential design, and multi-use design with a commercial focus that have lead to successful designs such as Arc Apartments in Kilbirnie.

Dion has 12 years’ experience working in Architecture in New Zealand through a variety of project sizes. Dion’s experience covers all aspects of the design process from initial concept design to contract management and site observation to final handover.
As a key design member of previous projects such as New Plymouth New World and a number of Fairfax and New Zealand Artificial Limb Service office projects, Dion has gained an impressive wealth of knowledge in commercial and industrial design that support circulation, co-ordination and convenience. Dion’s ability to intelligently integrate the new design into the existing base build ensures details are thought through and communicated clearly prior to construction.
